The Seduction of Argentine Tango!

With Argentinean Maestro PABLO ALONSO

March 18 - 20, 2005

Sponsored by the Tango Group at

Washington University in St Louis, MO

Tango is a trance - danced so closely that you feel your partner's heart beat

and you share the rhythm of their breathing.

Pablo Alonso, whose previous visits to St. Louis were so successful, is coming again! For those of you who have attended his previous workshops, this is a chance to keep learning authentic social-style Argentine Tango from one of the best tango teachers around.

A renowned teacher and dancer, Pablo has been dancing Argentine tango since his childhood. He has toured South America, North America and Europe. Known for meticulous teaching, he focuses on technique and elegance.

His experience includes teaching together with Osvaldo Zotto in the legendary milonga “Club Almagro” of Buenos Aires.  He also has an extensive background in acting and corporal techniques. Currently based in London, he is a member of the teaching staff at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA), holds regular classes including master classes attended by teachers from all over Europe, and assists in the choreography of plays in the West End, London’s theatre district.
